We currently offer shipping services primarily within Japan.

If you wish to request a specific delivery date or time, please contact us in advance or immediately after placing your order via email.
Without prior confirmation, orders will be shipped according to our standard delivery schedule, and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order has been shipped, changes, cancellations, or address modifications are not possible.

  • Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

7. Returns & Responsibility

  • Returns without reason are not accepted after the order has been shipped.

  • If a package is returned or lost due to customer-related reasons (including but not limited to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel), the customer may be required to bear part or all of the related responsibility and costs.
